Field Clinical Specialist - Buffalo, NY - Inari Medical

Responsibilities
  1. Educate physicians on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques related to Inari products.
  2. Develop, lead, and facilitate training sessions and in-service education programs in hospital environments.
  3. Identify therapy adoption opportunities in collaboration with Regional and Account Managers in local geographies.
  4. Communicate technical information clearly during procedures.
  5. Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the company.
  6. Build and maintain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
  7. Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries.
  8. Maintain a thorough understanding of Inari products, related products, trends, and market players.
  9. Collaborate with product development teams for feedback on device features.
  10. Document procedural observations for regulatory and continuous improvement purposes.
  11. Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s Degree in nursing or a related clinical field.
  2. Residence in the territory area (Western Washington or Greater Seattle Area) preferred.
  3. Minimum of three years in a medical device clinical capacity or cath lab.
  4. Understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiology.
  5. Strong clinical acumen required.
  6. Understanding of sales processes is a plus.
  7. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple physician and hospital staff.
  8. Desire to participate in healthcare team and anticipate patient needs.
  9. Critical thinking skills for complex clinical problems.
  10. Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
  11. Ability to work independently with attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation development.
