Responsibilities
- Educate physicians on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques related to Inari products.
- Develop, lead, and facilitate training sessions and in-service education programs in hospital environments.
- Identify therapy adoption opportunities in collaboration with Regional and Account Managers in local geographies.
- Communicate technical information clearly during procedures.
- Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the company.
- Build and maintain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
- Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Inari products, related products, trends, and market players.
- Collaborate with product development teams for feedback on device features.
- Document procedural observations for regulatory and continuous improvement purposes.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s Degree in nursing or a related clinical field.
- Residence in the territory area (Western Washington or Greater Seattle Area) preferred.
- Minimum of three years in a medical device clinical capacity or cath lab.
- Understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiology.
- Strong clinical acumen required.
- Understanding of sales processes is a plus.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple physician and hospital staff.
- Desire to participate in healthcare team and anticipate patient needs.
- Critical thinking skills for complex clinical problems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation development.
Inari Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits. The base pay is $130,000, with total compensation varying based on experience and other factors.
