Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a Clinical Research Associate for field-based monitoring with a strong emphasis on ICH-GCP and regulatory compliance. The role covers initiation, monitoring, and close-out of sites within the Mid-Atlantic region (MD, VA, DC, DE, PA, NJ) and requires collaboration with Local Study Teams and LSAD.

The candidate will train and support investigators, manage CTMS/eTMF processes, and ensure inspection readiness across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of CRA or similar clinical research experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH‑GCP and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to site investigator selection and study startup.
• Monitor study conduct and ensure data integrity and patient safety.
• Maintain site qualification, regulatory documents and ISF readiness.
