Job summary

BiVACOR Inc is looking for a Field Clinical Engineer to provide on-site support for the world’s first Total Artificial Heart. This high-impact role involves partnering with surgical teams and ensuring device operation from implant through follow-up.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of field clinical engineering experience in a medical device environment.
• Experience with cardiac assist devices or implantable systems is preferred.
• Understanding of regulatory standards for medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical and clinical support for BiVACOR TAH device.
• Train surgical teams and ICU staff on device operation.
• Conduct readiness checks and follow-ups at implant sites.
• Document device performance and incident reports.
