Job summary

Philips is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to lead onsite education for Image Guided Therapy across Philadelphia, North New Jersey and New York. You will deliver basic to intermediate application training in hospitals and clinics, guide testing workarounds, and ensure a positive learning experience with internal coordination.

The role requires 5+ years as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology RT, ARRT certification, an associate or certificate, and preferred CV/CI/VI/RCIS

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist in a clinical environment.
• Prior clinical preceptor, clinical training, and/or adult education delivery experience preferred.
• ARRT certification must be verifiable; advanced certification in CV/CI/VI/RCIS preferred or required within 12 months of employment.
• Certificate or associate degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite clinical services solutions, education, and training.
• Guide customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of solutions.
• Lead learning experiences through customer consultation and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer experience for onsite training and communication.
• Maintain ongoing communication on project status with internal teams.
• Build communication and collaboration within the learning audience.
• Develop deep knowledge of solutions per modality and advanced proficiency in areas of specialization.
