Job summary

Straumann Group seeks a Clinical Support Specialist to lead clinical demonstrations, training, and ongoing support for BLX and zygomatic solutions in dental practices and education environments. The role involves teaching based on IFUs for surgical and restorative workflows, digital solutions, and overdenture procedures.

Travel up to 70% may be required across territories. The CSS will collaborate with Territory Managers to rollout new products, provide chairside and virtual support, and assist

Qualifications

• RDH/CDT or dental assistant certification required.
• 5+ years of clinical dental experience.
• DSO or high-volume implant practice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical demonstrations and instruction on Straumann products, including indications for use (IFUs), features, and clinical benefits.
• Deliver in-service education for new and existing customers to increase product satisfaction and successful adoption.
• Offer ongoing chairside and virtual support for doctors and clinical teams, including restorative workflows, digital workflows, and treatment planning.
• Support first surgeries and clinical implementations for Straumann BLX and zygomatic systems, either independently or in coordination with a TM.
• Facilitate clinical use of new products and enhancements and gather feedback to share key learnings and best practices.

RDH/CDT/Dental Assistant cert

Clinical dental experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communication/Dental Science

Dental laboratory experience or CDT accreditation
