Job summary

Straumann Group in Knoxville, TN seeks a Clinical Support Specialist to deliver clinical demonstrations, instruction, training, and ongoing support for BLX and zygomatic solutions in education and clinical settings. Travel up to 70% required to support customers and DSOs.

RDH, CDT or Dental Assistant certification with 5+ years of clinical dental experience; implant experience preferred. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, plus 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• RDH, CDT or Dental Assistant certification accepted.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in a dental environment; dental implant experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical demonstrations and instruction on Straumann products, including indications for use (IFUs), features, and clinical benefits.
• Deliver in-service education for new and existing customers to increase product satisfaction and successful adoption.
• Offer ongoing chairside and virtual support for doctors and clinical teams, including restorative workflows, digital workflows, and treatment planning.
• Support first surgeries and clinical implementations for Straumann BLX and zygomatic systems, either independently or in coordination with a TM.
• Facilitate clinical use of new products and enhancements and gather feedback to share key learnings and best practices.
