As part of a support coordination team managing members enrolled in the Employment and Community First CHOICES (ECF CHOICES) program, the ECF CHOICES Support Coordinator will serve as the primary support for members with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include supporting members' medical, behavioral, and socioeconomic needs to promote appropriate service utilization and improved quality of care.

The hourly range is $28.61 to $56.06, based on full-time employment and various factors. We offer a broad benefits package, incentives, and growth opportunities.
