Position Overview:

Senior Dealer Relations Consultant will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our dealer groups, ensuring that they receive the support and solutions they need to succeed. This position requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of the automotive industry, and a passion for driving client success. This person will work closely with our dealer groups, internal teams, and leadership to deliver exceptional service and promote our platform's capabilities. They will assist the Dealer Relations Consultants, DSM's, and VP's with various duties such as but not limited to contracts, presentation preperation, marketing calendars, real-time settings adjustments, adding new users, scheduling and performing web training. This individual is a holistic cornerstone for the field team to provide White Glove Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with dealer group clients to ensure satisfaction and success.
  • Consultative Sales & Support: Act as a trusted advisor for dealer groups, identifying opportunities to leverage our marketing and SaaS solutions to drive business results.
  • Account Management: Oversee the full client lifecycle for dealer groups, from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring that clients achieve their marketing and sales goals.
  • Product Expertise: Understand our platform’s capabilities and offerings in depth to assist clients in utilizing the tools to their maximum potential.
  • Client Success: Proactively monitor client usage and performance metrics, providing feedback, reporting, and ongoing recommendations to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Problem Solving: Act as the point of contact for escalated issues, quickly addressing concerns and providing resolutions to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, etc.) to ensure that dealer group clients are receiving tailored solutions and timely updates.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients and enhance our offerings.
  • Training & Education: Facilitate webinars, one-on-one training sessions, and knowledge sharing for dealer groups to ensure they are maximizing the platform’s full potential.
