Join Nationwide as a Field Claims Specialist II, Property (Santa Fe, NM) and receive a $2,500 Sign-on Bonus.

This role covers Santa Fe, NM, and surrounding areas, offering a work-from-home setup with travel to policy locations (3-4 days/week) using a company vehicle. The position involves onsite and virtual claims inspections, with potential support for additional territories.

Responsibilities include:

1. Handling claims promptly and effectively with minimal supervision.
2. Determining policy coverages and applying claims practices.
3. Maintaining knowledge of insurance policies, local repair procedures, and market pricing.
4. Partnering with investigative units and supporting legal processes.
5. Providing excellent customer service and adhering to professional standards.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of property claims handling or adjusting experience.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and experience in writing estimates.
• Construction background preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
