The Cincinnati Insurance Companies are seeking field claims representatives to service the State College, PA area. Candidates must reside in Central PA and be ready to investigate and evaluate multi-line insurance claims through direct contact to ensure accurate settlements.

Entry level or experienced candidates are welcome. The role offers a competitive pay range, potential annual bonus, stock incentives, and a company car.

Qualifications

• Must reside within Central PA territory.
• Entry level or experienced claims rep positions available.
• Must be available during regular business hours and able to work unsupervised.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough claim investigations and interviews with insureds, claimants, and witnesses.
• Consult police and hospital records to evaluate claims.
• Evaluate facts and policy coverage; inspect property and auto damages; write repair estimates.
• Prepare findings reports and secure settlements with insureds and claimants.
• Use claims-handling software and company car in a paperless environment.
• Provide superior and professional customer service.
• Pursue Arbitration Panelist certification when eligible.
