Qualifications

• 1+ year of field investigations experience, including face‑to‑face statements and report writing.
• Required to supply own equipment (camera, digital recorder).
• Ability to travel across multiple states as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct claims investigations by gathering evidence and interviewing involved parties.
• Document findings and prepare comprehensive client reports.
• Handle investigations across various claim types: workers’ comp, general liability, auto, property.
• Submit daily updates on progress and observations.
• Write detailed, professional statements and investigative summaries.
• Deliver client‑ready reports meeting quality standards.
• Perform scene investigations, statements, canvassing, document retrieval, and courthouse research.
