Job summary

Solera Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Field Claims Representative for virtual work in Wisconsin and Illinois. The role involves managing on-site inventory for property claims, coordinating with schedulers and managers, and conducting thorough walkthroughs to document total loss contents.

You will interact with insured parties, adjusters, and restoration professionals while maintaining safety standards and timely reporting. Travel to local sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Present in a professional manner both in personal and vehicle appearance.
• Coordinate with Scheduling team on scheduled and receiving assignments.
• Meet with insured, their POC, the adjuster, public adjuster, and/or restoration company onsite.
• Conduct a walkthrough and brief interview of the insured while taking photos of each room.
• Work independently to capture a complete inventory of the total loss contents.
• Complete reports and administrative duties within 24 hours of inventory completion.
