Job summary

You will work with vendors on mitigation efforts, compile inventories, photos, and client interviews, and travel frequently to client sites. The role requires leadership, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills, with travel up to 60% and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership and/or project management.
• Knowledge in the insurance industry and/or collectible genres is helpful.
• Must be professional with excellent communication and be a team player.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem solving and leadership.
• Ability to travel 30–60% locally and overnight.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-loss assessments and inventory for client properties.
• Coordinate reconstruction efforts and compile inventories, photos, and interviews.
• Collaborate with vendors and manage mitigation efforts for claims.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and strong organizational skills.
• Travel as required, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
