Job summary

CoVolt Power is hiring a field-based civil coordinator to support the Project Management team in delivering civil scope for our renewable energy projects. The role focuses on aligning civil plans with subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality, and tracking daily progress on site.

Ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering background with experience in solar or wind projects, SWPPP/DEQ knowledge, and strong use of Procore for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with solar and/or wind construction.
• Experience with Procore and field project management.
• Knowledge of SWPPP/DEQ plans and permitting requirements.
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and coordinate crews.
• Strong reading of plans, schedules and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Review project civil plan documentation and civil subcontract to assure alignment.
• Manage all subcontractors that are performing the civil scopes to assure that all timelines are met and with a high level of safety and quality.
• Experience in managing SWPPP/DEQ plans and requirements.
• Plan daily job activities for the civil scope in collaboration with the subcontractors.
• Knowledge of all project plans, specifications, drawings, submittals, and permit requirements.
• Provide daily updates to project management team for tracking of daily progress.
• Work with Project team to accurately track scope, schedule and cost for the civil scope.
