Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Zero to two years of overall professional experience; recent graduates encouraged.
• Willingness to travel across the United States to project sites.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and construction documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Support inspection and construction activities at heavy industrial project sites throughout the United States.
• Review civil and structural drawings and construction documentation.
• Observe construction activities and help identify discrepancies or items requiring review.
• Communicate field observations with engineering and construction teams.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure work aligns with drawings and project requirements.
• Learn from experienced engineers and construction professionals on industrial projects.
