Job summary

Halifax Health ExpressCare in Florida is seeking a Field Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver personal care and light housekeeping to hospice patients across diverse settings, including homes and facilities.

You will support the Interdisciplinary Team and help manage the daily visits schedule, ensuring compassionate care and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Active Florida CNA certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to work with Interdisciplinary Team Members.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships with patients and families.
