• Accountability, organization and leadership in nursing.
• On-call responsibilities and after-hours/weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide all aspects of care for terminally ill patients across hospice settings.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Develop an Interdisciplinary Plan of Care reflecting patient/family goals.
• Educate patients and families.
• Participate in Quality Improvement activities and maintain professional relationships.
• Assist in after-hours and weekend coverage as assigned.
