Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sealant application; precast concrete experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a vehicle
• Strong safety awareness and site safety practices

Responsibilities

• Prioritize crew safety while using required PPE
• Perform field-based sealant and caulking work on construction sites
• Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, and man lifts at varying heights
• Use hand and power tools to complete tasks per project specs and schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and communicate issues to the foreman
