Qualifications

• At least 2 years of carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with rough and finish carpentry.
• Ability to read tape measures and construction plans.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and building practices.

Responsibilities

• Construct and install wood and metal building components according to blueprints and specs.
• Perform rough carpentry including wall framing, roofs, floors, and trusses.
• Assist post-frame and agricultural building construction from framing through completion.
• Install siding, soffit, fascia, trim, doors, and windows with high finish quality.
• Read and interpret drawings and measurements to complete tasks accurately.
• Build and dismantle concrete forms as needed to support foundations and structures.
• Operate power tools and construction equipment safely.
• Collaborate with project managers and foremen to stay on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in line with OSHA procedures.
