Field Capture Technician (Drone Pilot - W2)

CSTech.AI is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drone Operator to join our team in a full time role. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the telecommunications industry, utilizing drone technology to support various projects, including site surveys, inspections, and data collection for telecommunications infrastructure and other professional lidar scanning services.

Location: CSTech.AI is seeking drone operators with an understanding that travel will occur in and out of state for completion of all client scopes of work.

Markets: Greater Washington DC Area

Duties/Responsibilities

• Operate drones for aerial surveys, inspections, and mapping of telecommunications sites, including cell towers, building installations, and other infrastructure as needed.
• Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Capture high-quality aerial imagery for analysis and reporting.
• Analyze data collected from drone flights to provide insights and recommendations for project improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to support telecommunications projects.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety guidelines, and company policies while operating drones.
• Maintain detailed records of drone operations, including flight logs and maintenance schedules.
• Stay current with advancements in drone technology and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
