Job summary

Leaf Home in Austin, TX is seeking a Field Canvassing Team Lead to hire, train, and grow a team of Field Canvassers. You will drive brand awareness in targeted neighborhoods and generate sales leads for the sales team.

The role requires 2+ years in field canvassing management, strong customer service and onboarding skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends outdoors in varying climates. Local travel and performance KPIs apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in field canvassing for direct-to-consumer industry.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Experience in lead generation, experiential marketing, and/or field canvassing.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing, canvassing, and/or event staff.
• Knowledge of current best practices for canvassing and direct-to-consumer field marketing.
• Ability to work outside in varying climates.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive canvassing-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales follow-up.
• Identify, schedule, and plan route calendar for team of Field Canvassers in territory.
• Manage a multi-team territory to generate customer lead generation.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of Field Canvassers and create accountability through KPIs.
• Manage permit requirements in assigned territories to ensure compliance with local ordinances.
• Collaborate with Operations and Installation Mangers to grow brand presence in the market.
• Track and report canvassing lead generation metrics to evaluate performance and ROI.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
