Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Field Sales Representative to educate customers on LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement, doing so after a quick home inspection from the street. Target earnings range from $55,000 to $100,000+ with paid training and company benefits.

Responsibilities include generating leads in your territory, using a consultative approach to explain product benefits, and coordinating with the sales team for in-person demonstrations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver\'s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly motivated to sell and meet/exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for our outside sales team by covering an assigned territory daily.
• canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes to discuss Leaf Home products.
• Use a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on Leaf Home products and gather information for follow-up.
• Report daily results to the field management team and collaborate with other sales representatives.
• Represent Leaf Home products professionally to ensure customers have an exceptional experience.
• Work outdoors daily and be able to walk and stand for extended periods.
