Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Field Sales Representative to educate homeowners on LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. Through street-based inspections, you will identify challenges and present Leaf Home solutions to customers in your assigned territory.

This outside sales role requires a drive to exceed goals, the ability to work evenings and weekends, a valid driver\'s license, and willingness to work outdoors daily. Target earnings range from $55,000 to $100,000+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver\'s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate articulately with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for an outside sales team by covering an assigned territory daily, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes to discuss Leaf Home products.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home products and gather information for the sales team to follow up and schedule an in-person product demonstration.
• Report daily results to the field management team and develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.
• Ensure high-quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
• While performing the duties of this job, you must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods is required.
