Job summary

Florida's Best Water Treatment Company is seeking an experienced Home Improvement Canvass Manager to lead, train, and grow a door-to-door canvassing team. This isn’t a desk-only management role. You’ll be in the field, coaching your team and helping drive production.

You’ll interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers, lead team meetings and coaching sessions, train in the field, build neighborhood mapping and route strategies, and track performance to improve team production.

Qualifications

• Proven door-to-door canvassing management experience.
• Home improvement or related home-services experience.
• Experience building and training canvassing teams.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Must have a car or truck.

Responsibilities
