Job summary

Revolution Field Strategies in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Canvass Manager for a voter registration program. You will recruit, train, and supervise canvassers, coordinate with the Regional Organizer and Project Director, and meet aggressive registration targets while working long hours during peak campaign months.

The role requires self-motivation, teamwork, and a readiness to travel within the region. Immediate start with opportunities through 2026 election season.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Strong desire to help register new voters.
• Must have access to personal transportation and provide proof of driver’s insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training and management of canvassers in the field, including pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefings.
• Work with the Regional Organizer and Project Director to implement, adjust, and improve the training program.
• Willing and able to work extended hours, with the expectation of 6-day, 60+ hour weeks from mid-March through May with the high likelihood of extension through September, including evenings and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.
