Job summary

The Outreach Team is seeking Campaign Organizers to drive a high-volume field program across Iowa, focusing on petition collection and door-to-door canvassing to engage voters on issues from corporate accountability to healthcare, climate action, and elections.

You will recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers, support grassroots actions, and manage digital campaigns and reporting tools, with a strong emphasis on equity and inclusion.
