Job summary

The Outreach Team in the United States is hiring full-time Campaign Organizers to begin immediately, with field duties across Iowa including Dubuque. You will lead petitions, door-to-door outreach, and volunteer engagement to advance campaign issues.

The role requires strong relationship-building, inclusive leadership, and the ability to manage data and campaign communications. Salary ranges from $55k to $67k plus a $50 monthly cell phone stipend, with 50-hour weeks and a equity-focused

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop activist leaders to collect petitions and recruit constituents.
• Plan and execute voter outreach events, door-knocking, phonebanking and related activities.
• Manage data, track interactions, and produce weekly campaign reports.
