Job summary

Accredited Labs is seeking a Calibration Technician to perform on-site calibrations at customer locations in Roanoke, TX and surrounding areas. You will test, calibrate, and troubleshoot instruments while maintaining detailed records and communicating updates to clients.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to travel frequently, with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on quality standards and ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Able to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good organizational and prioritization skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer locations with frequent overnight, out-of-state travel, Monday through Friday, up to 80% of the year. This may also include rare weekend travel.

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and timely calibrations on customer sites.
• Perform routine and complex calibration on a wide variety of equipment per company processes and instruction documentation.
• Perform calibration on a variety of devices and instruments in accordance with established procedures and standards.
• Working directly with the client throughout the calibration process from the first onsite touch point to completion of the project, including good communication to provide client updates on services needed.
• Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain calibration records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
• Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support.
• Communicate with customers throughout the process and provide status updates.
