Qualifications

• Must possess the State of WI Commercial Building Inspector or UDC Construction Inspector license.
• Experience in municipal code inspections preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections during various stages of construction.
• Read and examine plans and specifications.
• Report violations and maintain files/records.

Education

State of WI Commercial Building Inspector license

ICC Building Inspector certification
