Job summary

Vyve Broadband is seeking a Broadband Representative to join our field team in Schuyler, NE. You’ll install, service, and repair internet, TV, and voice services for homes and businesses, working both indoors and outdoors.

You’ll troubleshoot issues, educate customers on using new services, and help customers choose upgrades, with a flexible schedule that may include overtime and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Customer service skills with strong communication.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technology.
• Tech or customer-service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and repair internet, TV, and phone services for residential and commercial customers.
• Troubleshoot service issues from the network to customer equipment.
• Educate customers on using their new services and upgrades.
• Work on a flexible schedule, including overtime and on-call shifts.
• Operate company vehicles and maintain tools and equipment.
