Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative (1099) to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/tech brand. Visits are scheduled twice per month, one hour each, with an immediate start after certification.

You’ll act as the brand liaison in retail environments, ensuring product quality and strong visibility. The role is flexible, supplemental income, and compensation starts at $24 per hour plus a travel incentive.

Qualifications

• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.
• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
