MTM LLC in Clinton, NJ is seeking a friendly Brand Ambassador to create a positive customer experience, drive sales, and promote our brand at events, fairs, and stores in the local community. You will engage attendees, generate interest in products, and help qualify leads for the direct sales team.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, comfortable talking with homeowners, able to stand for extended periods, and work weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work most weekends.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to drive a conversation.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work independently or with a team.
• Tech savvy, able to operate computers and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally at all stores, events, fairs, festivals, community events, and similar venues.
• Be outgoing, upbeat, and actively engaging with homeowners, answer questions, and create a positive first impression.
• Act as a subject matter expert for prospective customers by answering questions about our products and services while showcasing our value proposition.
• Obtain complete information from prospective customers for scheduling appointments and entering homeowners into our sweepstakes.
• Maintain a clean, neat booth/showroom/store promotions area with marketing materials readily available.
• Follow all security protocols for safekeeping of technology equipment.
• Work well without close supervision, keeping the manager informed of daily activities and challenges.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including calling prospective leads and other marketing tasks.
