Express Flooring is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand at events and trade shows. You will generate leads, engage with potential clients, and schedule free in-home consultations while earning based on performance.

Qualifications

• A people person who enjoys initiating conversations and meeting new individuals.
• High energy and strong face-to-face communication skills are a must.
• Motivated to help build the Express Flooring brand.
• Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to stand for 4–6 hours at a time.
• Reliable transportation.
• A confident team player who can work independently.
• Preferred: 1+ years of sales, customer service, or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments at events, trade shows, and retail locations.
• Engage actively with potential clients, understand their flooring needs, inform them about our product offerings, address concerns and objections, and schedule appointments for free in-home consultations.
• Achieve and surpass your goals during each shift.
• Attend team meetings to enhance your skills as an event professional.
• Set up and dismantle event booths as required.
