Job summary

Express Flooring is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand at events and trade shows, including the State Fair of Texas. You’ll generate leads, schedule appointments, and engage with customers to understand their flooring needs.

Qualifications

• People person who enjoys initiating conversations.
• High energy and strong face-to-face communication skills are a must.
• Motivated to help build the Express Flooring brand.
• Available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
• Able to stand for 4–6 hours per shift.
• Reliable transportation and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments at events, trade shows, and retail locations.
• Engage with potential clients, understand flooring needs, inform on product offerings, address concerns, and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Achieve and surpass goals during each shift.
• Attend team meetings to improve event skills.
• Set up and dismantle event booths as required.
