Job summary

Express Flooring is seeking outgoing Brand Ambassadors to be the face of the company at events and trade shows. You’ll earn based on performance with an uncapped bonus plan, paid training, and opportunities for career growth.

In this role you will generate leads, schedule qualified appointments, engage with potential clients, and explain our flooring solutions. You must be able to stand 4–6 hours and work weekdays and weekends; transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments at events, trade shows, and retail locations.

• Address concerns and objections and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Aim to achieve and surpass goals during each shift.
• Attend team meetings to improve event skills.
• Set up and dismantle event booths as required.

What You'll Do as a Brand Ambassador:

• Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments at various events, trade shows, and retail locations
• Engage actively with potential clients, understand their flooring needs, inform them about our product offerings, address concerns and objections, and schedule appointments for free in-home consultations
• Achieve and surpass your goals during each shift
• Attend team meetings to enhance your skills as an event professional
• Set up and dismantle event booths as required

What We're Looking for in a Brand Ambassador:

• A people person who enjoys initiating conversations and meeting new individuals
• High Energy and Strong face to face communication skills are a must!
• Motivated to help build the Express Flooring brand!
• Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends
• Ability to stand for 4-6 hours at a time
• Reliable transportation
• A confident team player who can work independently
• Preferred, but not required: 1+ years of sales, customer service, or marketing experience

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.

Compensation Range: $25 USD - $30 USD
