Job summary

Express Flooring is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to be the face of Express Flooring at events and trade shows. Generate leads, schedule qualified appointments, and engage with potential clients to understand their flooring needs and present our offerings.

You can earn more as you set more appointments; full compensation is based on experience. Requires daytime availability on weekdays and weekends, ability to stand 4–6 hours, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Preferred, but not required: 1+ years of sales, customer service, or marketing experience.
• Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to stand for 4-6 hours at a time.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments at various events, trade shows, and retail locations
• Engage actively with potential clients, understand their flooring needs, inform them about our product offerings, address concerns and objections, and schedule appointments for free in-home consultations
• Achieve and surpass your goals during each shift
• Attend team meetings to enhance your skills as an event professional
• Set up and dismantle event booths as required

What We're Looking for in a Brand Ambassador:

• A people person who enjoys initiating conversations and meeting new individuals
• High Energy and Strong face to face communication skills are a must!
• Motivated to help build the Express Flooring brand!

• Ability to stand for 4-6 hours at a time
• Reliable transportation
• A confident team player who can work independently

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.

Compensation Range: $25 USD - $30 USD
