ICF is seeking a full-time biologist to support field surveys in California within the Environment & Planning Division. The role covers environmental compliance and permitting for energy, water, transportation, planning, and restoration projects, with growth opportunities into leadership positions.

Responsibilities include field surveys, monitoring, writing technical reports, and collaboration with the Natural Resource team across local and regional setups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Biological Sciences, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
• Experience conducting field surveys, habitat assessments, and writing general reports for California wildlife species.
• Must have valid driver's license and pass MVR check.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute field assignments for California-based work, with occasional travel to other states.
• Conduct general and species-specific biological surveys and monitoring per regulations and industry standards.
• Document field findings in logs, reports, memorandums, or emails.
• Communicate with client field contacts and ICF senior biologists.
