This position operates within a hybrid pay structure while supporting families and communities during critical times. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration or construction, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments.
• Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel.
• Xactimate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes).
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism.
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals.
• Lead jobs and ensure successful completion without direct staff management.
