Qualifikationen

• A basic set of bike tools and hands-on repair experience.
• Access to a mobile repair stand and indoor space to store and work on bikes.
• Ability to perform some repairs on-site and outdoors as needed.
• We’re not necessarily looking for a master mechanic with every tool but we do need someone who can deliver safe, high-quality, repeatable work and hold themselves to a high standard.
• Ability to comfortably lift and transport multiple 50-pound bikes, depending on operational needs.
• Ability to use a smartphone and camera for communication via calls, text, and email.
• Ability to navigate mobile app confidently in order to track and submit work.

Aufgaben

• Assist with the assembly, quality control, and deployment of bicycles as they are built, tuned, and prepared for riders
• Perform routine maintenance and on-demand repairs across the fleet
• Rebalance the fleet to help ensure bikes are available where riders need them most
• Maintain a strong sense of ownership over the fleet and the condition of each bike
