Job summary

Coastal Beverage Company, Inc. is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to stock and maintain beverage products in customer accounts with a professional appearance and strong customer service. The role is field-based, requiring travel to stores with standard hours and occasional overtime.

The position emphasizes merchandising expertise, timely execution, and dependable attendance to support the sales and delivery teams. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Coastal Beverage Company core values must be demonstrated.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division; understand rates, ratios and percentages.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Computer skills including email and Internet use.
• Must have valid driver's license and driving record compliant with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise beverage products in customer accounts to Coastal Beverage standards.
• Ensure beverage sections, racks, and displays are filled; POS items neat and current; displays maintained.
• Field-based role requiring presence in customer accounts during standard business hours.
• Maintain regular, punctual in-person attendance to support merchandising operations.
• All other duties as assigned.
