Job summary

Abbott, a global healthcare leader, is seeking a Clinical Specialist for Vessel Closure in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on case planning, coverage, and product pull-through, educating customers in hospital settings to drive sales and improve patient care.

You will support Electrophysiologists and Interventional Cardiologists, build hospital relationships, and deliver clinical education across the portfolio, ensuring successful procedures and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel 50% within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical procedure and product expert in support of case coverage in the hospital setting.
• Focus on Electrophysiologists and Interventional Cardiologists and hospital staff to support the Vessel Closure portfolio.
• Meet with existing and potential customers to identify clinical needs and discuss how Vascular products can help meet goals.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel and identify key decision makers.
• Educate customers on merits and proper clinical usage of company products via presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend clinical procedures to ensure customer and patient success with Vascular products.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions and coordinate with sales, clinical research, marketing, and product development.
