Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks an Arterial Account Manager to drive PAD and CLTI program adoption. This field-based role offers autonomy to develop programs, collaborate with physicians and health-system leaders, and scale vascular care initiatives nationwide.

You will lead strategic planning, deliver clinical education, and present compelling value propositions to accelerate therapy adoption. Travel is 50%, with base salary plus commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• BS degree or higher preferred with 6+ years of sales experience.
• Clinical sales experience in peripheral vascular or medical devices preferred.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder engagement and education.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities within PAD and CLTI patient populations.
• Build alignment with physicians, hospital leadership and program sponsors.
• Drive therapy adoption through clinical education and program-building initiatives.
• Create demand and expand access to the Artix and LimFlow portfolios.
• Deliver compelling presentations to physicians and hospital administrations.
• Provide clinical feedback to R&D and Marketing to inform innovation.
