Job summary

United Cerebral Palsy of Eastern CT seeks a Telehealth & Digital Access Specialist to provide field-based tech support, digital literacy education, telehealth assistance, and accessibility coaching for individuals with disabilities, older adults, and caregivers. You will conduct one-on-one coaching, lead workshops, and coordinate with community partners to improve service delivery.

The role requires travel across the coverage area (about 80%) and handling scheduling, documentation, and follow-up

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years experience in technology/healthcare support, education, or related field.
• Proficiency with computers, smartphones, tablets, and common software.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with accessing telehealth appointments via approved platforms.
• Support use of patient portals (MyChart, MyChartPLUS).
• Assist with account creation, password resets, MFA, scheduling, secure messaging, refills, and app updates.
