Amerita, Inc is looking for an Associate Account Executive in Kansas City, KS to enhance the growth of our infusion pharmacy services. This position involves maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, educating them on our offerings, and streamlining patient referrals.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and must be proficient in communication and organizational tasks. This role requires 75% travel and is focused on provider engagement to contribute to better patient care.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, provider relations, or pharmaceutical services.
• Knowledge of infusion pharmacy, specialty therapies, or chronic disease treatment pathways.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for referring physicians and nurses.
• Educate providers on pharmacy services and referral onboarding process.
• Conduct in-office meetings and educational sessions.
