Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Clinical Specialist II for Long Island, NY, dedicated to spinal cord stimulation and Neuromodulation. You will partner with physicians and teams to support implant procedures, provide clinical expertise, and ensure optimal patient outcomes in a field-based role.

Responsibilities include education, hands-on procedure support, and collaboration with sales to drive therapy adoption across hospitals and clinics in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years’ work experience in a sales and/or clinical role.
• Preferred: medical device sales and/or clinical education experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical support through programming, troubleshooting, and intraoperative guidance for spinal cord stimulation procedures.
• Deliver patient follow-up care, ensuring optimal therapy performance and long-term success.
• Partner with the sales team and healthcare professionals to drive therapy adoption and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.
• Educate customers on product usage with presentations and demonstrations across multiple formats.
• Lead educational initiatives for customers to keep healthcare professionals informed about advancements.
