Job summary

Cosette Pharmaceuticals Inc. seeks a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support the oncology portfolio by communicating accurate, balanced scientific information and engaging KOLs and academic centers within the assigned geography.

The role emphasizes compliant scientific dialogue, field insights, and cross-functional collaboration across Medical Affairs and Clinical Development. Required is a terminal scientific or clinical degree and a minimum of two years in oncology MSL or equivalent field

Qualifications

Oncology-focused field medical experience and ability to interpret complex data.
Strong scientific communication skills for non-promotional medical dialogues.
Proven ability to engageKey opinion leaders and academic centers in a field setting.
Experience supporting cross-functional Medical Affairs activities and product launches is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the field-based scientific expert for Cosette's oncology portfolio.
Develop territory engagement plans with KOLs, investigators, and community practices.
Provide balanced, scientifically accurate information and respond to inquiries per policy.
Capture actionable field insights and support research, education, and advisory activities.
