Job summary

Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Field-based Medical Science Liaison to support the oncology portfolio by delivering accurate scientific information and engaging with KOLs and investigators across the Northeast US.

You will partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams to communicate trial data, identify research opportunities, and support educational initiatives while maintaining non-promotional engagement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years oncology MSL or field medical experience.
• Experience engaging oncology KOLs, investigators or academic centers.
• Strong understanding of oncology disease states, trial design, and guidelines.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly and compliantly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the field-based scientific expert for the oncology portfolio and support Medical Affairs strategy.
• Develop and execute territory engagement plans with oncology KOLs and centers.
• Conduct balanced, non-promotional medical-to-medical exchanges on disease state and evidence.
• Capture and share actionable field insights and support research initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally while maintaining non-promotional, compliant engagement.
