Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a senior leader to drive clinical and HEOR communications to population health decision-makers, supporting evidence dissemination for BeOne Medicines' products.

You will develop HEOR knowledge across disease states, build payer and formulary relationships in the US and Canada, and lead customer outcome projects while aligning with medical, market access and commercial teams. Expect extensive travel and global forum participation.

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD or related advanced degree with 10+ years in hematology/oncology.
• Strong communication, HEOR and payer engagement experience.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional settings.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead HEOR-related communications to payers and decision-makers for BeOne Medicines' products.
• Develop clinical and HEOR knowledge of disease states and disseminate findings.
• Establish peer-to-peer relationships with payers and formulary decision bodies (US/Canada).
• Collaborate with medical, market access and commercial teams; represent company at forums; ensure compliance; support value-based metrics.
