Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 4 years of health care industry experience.
• 2 years of experience with provider network contracting and credentialing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; analytical mindset; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of HEDIS quality measures and Medicare Wellness Attestation completion.
• Provider relationship management and data maintenance to support value-based care initiatives.
