Job summary

The People Concern is seeking a HSSP Clinician to deliver psychotherapy and coordinate mental health services for adults in Permanent Supportive Housing. The role blends office, home, and field-based care within a multidisciplinary team.

You will support housing stability and community integration, guided by our recovery-oriented model. Responsibilities include conducting therapy, developing service plans, and collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality, client-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited university.
• California license/registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Valid California driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide, coordinate, and implement mental health and recovery services with individual members.
• Conduct individual, family and group psychotherapy.
• Develop trusting relationships to support independence and health.
• Collaborate on individual service plans and review progress.
• Assist program evaluation and model improvements with staff.
